This survey will allow Actif North Wales, your Local Authority Sports Development / Active Communities team, and your National Governing Body, to understand what barriers and challenges our sports clubs are facing, as well as how best we can support. This data will be used to create a report to determine what areas of clubs support the sector should be improving in, and be given clear actions to help clubs individually, and as a collective.
Completing this survey, will give consent for contact information and results to be shared with your clubs relevant sports National Governing Body, and your regions Local Authority Sports Development / Active Communities team.
