Bring camp fun to your church and reach out to your community!  Cross Trails Ministry will supply everything that you need for an amazing program! 

All Cross Trails Ministry Day Camp will include:
-An on-site Day Camp Director to work with your congregation and meet your needs
-Specially-trained, energetic, college-age staff
-Thematic and age appropriate Bible studies and worships
-Music, games, puppets, daily crafts, and all program materials needed
-Souvenir t-shirts and water bottles for all campers
-An end of camp celebration for the congregation, campers and their families

Day Camp is designed for campers who have completed grades K-5.  A Spanish speaking staff member can be provided with advance notice.

Your Congregation will need to provide a Local Contact Person and one volunteer, age 14 or older, for every ten children you register, local housing and staff dinners.

Special Summer 2021 Costs for Congregations who donated their deposits:
$1,950 for 4 staff and program materials for up to 30 campers
$2,600 for 5 staff and program materials for up to 40 campers

If your Day Camp could easily get more than this number, we would like you to consider doing two half day options with each half day taking no more than 40 campers.  Please contact Jessica Pina at 830-257-6340 to discuss this option.

You will receive a confirmation email from our Registrar once we have received this form and a deposit.
You may change your requested staff and materials until May 1st. After that you will be expected to pay for the amount requested.
Because we bring materials for the maximum you reserved, and need to maintain appropriate camper/staff ratios, you will be charged $100 per camper who attends over the maximum number you reserved.
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE MAY 1st UNLESS A PAYMENT PLAN IS WORKED OUT WITH OUR REGISTRAR.
