The 2019 Annual Club Survey is an opportunity for all Clubs to provide feedback to Swimming WA.
The questions posed follow the direction of the 2019 - 2024 Strategic plan. The results of each survey are released to the public in the 2019 Swimming WA Annual Report.
Clubs must complete this survey before 5:00pm Sunday 21 April if they wish to be considered for the 2019 Westpac Champion Club of the Year.
Please submit one (1) survey per Club. A planning document is available on the Swimming WA website.
