Instead of a May luncheon (which would be the Thursday of Memorial Day Weekend) we are considering a group "activation" event with Tulsa Regional Tourism in the week or the weekend of the Capital Cruise! (Route 66 Parade of Classic Cars). Do you like this idea?

How satisfied were you with the Allied Showcase
Awesome, do it again
It was fun, the format is fine, I like how we have rotated to various venues (2025- The Aquarium, 2024- WeStreet Ice Center)
I did not attend

We are thinking of changing up how we offer Educational Sessions. Check the box if you like the idea.
Tour local attractions (i.e. Bob Dillon Center, The Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art, etc.) to help front desk/sales staff refer visitors and conference guests.
Offer roundtable discussions organized by department (i.e. operations/sales) to better address department-specific topics, i.e. learn from one another.
Behind-the-scenes Walk-Thru with topic specific outcomes, i.e., guest experience flow (front desk), safety protocols (operations or maintenance) inventory and food/beverage controls (culinary and banquets)
Case Study Labs - in 30 minute sessions, present a real local challenge, i.e. low mid-week occupancy, staffing shortages, etc., divide into teams and present solutions/ideas to larger group
Micro-Sessions / Learning Bursts (can be general or we can separate attendees into departments), for example: "One Idea You Can Use Tomorrow”, “One Policy That Changed Our Guest Scores”, “One Tool to Improve Occupancy”
