National Summer Learning Day is Friday, June 19, 2015
Summer Learning Day is a national advocacy day recognized to spread awareness about the importance of summer learning for our nation’s youth in helping close the achievement gap and support healthy development in communities all across the country.

All registered events will be shared with the Mayor's Office, Board of Supervisors, Board of Education, State-wide Summer Matters Campaign and the National Summer Learning Association.

With Mayor Lee's announcement and support of Summer Programs, we may have state and national attention so lets continue the advocacy and put San Francisco on the Map with many events!

San Francisco’s 2015 Summer theme:
FULL S.T.E.A.M AHEAD- FOOD IS FUEL
This interactive theme is designed for summer providers to support youth in having a healthy mind ready to learn Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (S.T.E.A.M.) and to showcase this learning with an event!
