The Health Care Administration, Leadership and Management (HALM) Subboard is looking for physicians from various racial, ethnic, gender, regional, and practice backgrounds to support the goal of fair and unbiased assessments. Please answer the following questions.
1.Are you available to attend the HALM Standard Setting Meetings via video conference from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET on December 12th and 13th? This is a requirement of the Panel.(Required.)
