Quality Accounts |
Consultation on priorites for improvement
The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high standards of care and a first class service to those it serves.
To help fulfil this mission the Trust is asking for your feedback on the services it delivers at its many bases which include Rotherham Hospital, BreathingSpace, Park Rehabilitation Centre, Rotherham Community Health Centre, locations across the community and in patients’ homes. This feedback will help to influence the Trust’s Quality Accounts.
The Trust publishes its Quality Accounts annually and these are designed to inform patients and service users, carers, staff and members of the public about the steps the Trust is taking to continually improve the quality of care provided.
The Rotherham NHS foundation Trust will publish the next Quality Accounts in June 2015, reporting on progress against quality improvement priorities over the last year and announcing the priorities for improvement over the coming year. It is important that quality improvement goals reflect the wishes of the population the Trust serves.
Alongside the Quality Accounts, the Trust collects feedback from many other sources throughout the year, including through the Friends and Family Test which asks whether patients would recommend the service they have received from the Trust to their friends and family, should they need similar care or treatment, for example.
Today, the Trust would like to ask for your help in ensuring its Quality Accounts cover information that is important to you. Thank you for finding a few minutes of your time to complete this short questionnaire.
