Medical Professional/Non-Profit/Vendor Survey

The Women’s Breast Health Fund has long been commitment to provide funding for resources and services to support those diagnosed with breast cancer. During this interview/focus group, we want to understand your experience with the availability and ease of finding/connecting with those resources and services. Resources might include caregiving services, educational information, or retail outlets for things that eased your journey. Services could include organizations that provide psychological, physical, daily living and emotional support. We want to know what is best about the services available and what gaps exist. If the goal is to make the cancer journey easier, what services and programs support someone diagnosed with breast cancer?

Please pay close attention to each question's explanation of scoring.
