This survey is part of ethnographic research being conducted by Kutztown University Anthropology student Erica Cohen Hamilton. Please note that the only requirements to participate in this survey are that you are over the age of 18 and self-identify as Pennsylvania German, Pennsylvania Dutch and/or having Pennsylvania German/Dutch heritage/ancestry. By submitting this survey, you are voluntarily participating in the accumulation of attitudes and cultural expressions of the contemporary Pennsylvania Dutch population. You may answer the questions with as little or as much as you'd like and there is no word-count requirement/limit. You are not required to answer all of the questions and may skip any you feel are not applicable. Some of your answers may be used to compile data intended for use in a future publication in collaboration with the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center. All answers will remain anonymous and you are never required to include your name in this survey.
