BCAFN Economic Development
Under the leadership of BC Regional Chief Shane Gottfriedson, the BC Assembly of First Nations (BCAFN) has successfully lobbied the provincial government to receive seed funding to begin an engagement with BC’s First Nations on the topic of economic development. The initial stage of this work consisted of five regional meetings with First Nations. The next round of regional meetings, which will now include eight regions will take place early 2017.
In preparation for the next phase on this work, we have developed this survey to gain feedback from all 203 communities in BC. Completing this survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes and we would greatly appreciate you doing so. We thank you for taking the time to provide your insight and feedback. We look forward to sharing the results of this survey with you at our upcoming regional sessions.
