Mitigation Matters! So too, does your feedback!

TCDLA invites your responses to a questionnaire that focuses on the mitigation process in criminal cases. The purpose for doing so is two-fold:
1. Completing the questionnaire will provide valuable information on how defense team members can collaborate effectively.
2.Providing your insights to the survey questions will strengthen the partnerships between lawyers and mitigation specialists, streamline your case preparation, and enhance your advocacy during sentencing or plea negotiations.
