This Assessment is the first step toward revealing the systemic patterns in your company that may be completely invisible to you. Depending on how in-depth you want to comment, it usually takes about 10-minutes to complete.

Before you start, there are a few points to keep in mind: 
 
First: Be honest, open, and willing to look at "how things are". 
 
Your responses are strictly confidential.   We will never discuss them with anyone but you.

Second: The Assessment is designed to be brief yet robust enough to provide the information we need to discern among the most common organizational hidden dynamics.
 
Third: You'll notice that each question has a comment section. Use it liberally to elaborate on your answers, especially if you pick a “don’t know” option.
