South Carroll SSD: Farm to School Introduction and Input Questionnaire 

The Rocket Farm to School program's goal is to develop a robust Farm to School culture through direct sourcing from local producers, focusing on agriculture and nutrition education by developing the school farm, introducing students to work-based learning opportunities, providing hands-on school-based growing & nutrition experiences, and showcasing the many benefits and uses of local foods.

The purpose of this survey is to introduce South Carroll SSD Farm to School Program and gather parents' and guardians' input about Farm to School initiatives happening in South Carroll SSD.  Your feedback will help the Farm-to-School team create meaningful and useful programming for the community and school system.
