Pre-negotiation Survey: 2026

As we prepare for upcoming negotiations, your thoughts and concerns are vital to our Local Union. We’re asking members to complete a short pre-negotiation survey to share what matters most to them at work. Your feedback will help guide our priorities and strengthen our position at the bargaining table.

The survey is annoymous, and every response counts. Whether you’re a long-time member or new to the Local, your voice matters. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and help shape the next round of bargaining.

In solidarity,
Brant Palko
