wetlands for life Survey 2026-2027

About the wetlands for life Campaign

Wetlands for Life (2026 - 2027)
Wetlands are the most threatened ecosystems in the world, but are providing our drinking water, are essential to maintaining biodiversity, climate resilience, and human livelihoods.
This campaign's mission is to employ the expertise, experience, reach and passion of the EAZA community to fundraise, educate, empower, and inspire action for protection, restoration and creation of wetlands with all their biodiversity.
Galway Atlantaquaria has created this survey to gauge the public's awareness of wetlands in Ireland.
