Thank you for taking part in the AIM-Progress public consultation of the Grievance Mechanism Responsible Sourcing Journey.

This consultation will be closing on January 14th. Our aim is to ensure this framework works for you and understand how you intend to use it. Please fill in the survey to help us meet the aim in delivering a useful framework and tool for you.

Please note the content of the framework will also be integrated into the review of the RSJ maturity framework and will be released in 2022. We invite you to share this framework within your respective networks that you think would benefit from it too.

Context behind the tool:
This framework was developed by AIM-Progress using various guidance documentation, standards and benchmarks and updated by TwentyFifty, following a consultation with AIM-Progress Advisory Board.

How to use the framework:
The framework may be used as a benchmark tool or as blueprint to further embed and improve a grievance mechanism and its management systems. It is for any company that wants to strengthen their grievance mechanism whether they are a brand or a supplier, and will be available in an excel spreadsheet to act as a self-assessment tool. This allows you to systematically check off each point per section that you have completed to see where you may have gaps and opportunities for improvement.

To support the use of the framework, we have also developed a guidance document that will detail examples of grievance mechanisms with practical tips and best practice examples from companies that are leading the way to help bring the framework to life.

Thank you!
