Lighthouse Church Ottawa Re-Opening Survey

The Government of Ontario recently announced that churches are now permitted to resume in-person worship services starting June 12th with a limit of 30% of the building’s capacity, and with appropriate physical distancing and other health and safety measures in place.

Lighthouse Church would like to gradually reopen in a safe, spacious, and sanitized way. To help us adequately prepare, we’d appreciate a few minutes of your time to answer our quick survey (4 mins):
