Celebrate National Property Managers' Day by nominating a property management star!

National Property Managers' Day is all about celebrating the incredible work property managers do every day. This year, REINZ is shining a spotlight on one outstanding property manager, thanks to our friends at Renti.

Simply nominate an outstanding property manager – whether it's someone you know or yourself. It's quick and easy – just tell us about them and, in up to 200 words, why they deserve to be celebrated.

The property manager selected by REINZ and Renti will win a fantastic prize pack from Renti’s partners, comprising a $250 Coffee Club voucher, a $250 My Food Bag voucher, a $250 Superette voucher, a piece of wall art from Guestlist Gallery, and 2x tickets to our REINZ Residential Property Managers Conference in 2027.

Nominations close at 5pm on Wednesday, 22 July 2026.

We'll be sharing the story of our winning property manager as part of our National Property Managers' Day celebrations. This may include features on the REINZ or Renti website, in email communications and on social media. By submitting a nomination, you agree that REINZ and Renti may contact you and the winning property manager if your nomination is selected. The property manager is selected by REINZ and Renti and any decision made is final.
