* 5. This is a free course, but participants will have to purchase their own groceries to prepare meals. What is the maximum amount that you will be comfortable spending on groceries for desired recipes?

* 6. Food insecurities within minority households are an issue that many in the United States face. In the NYC neighborhoods that have been hardest hit by the virus, largely in minority and low-income communities, hunger is now an urgent concern. According to Feeding America, individuals who experience food insecurity are more likely to have poorer health, making them more vulnerable to severe illnesses such as COVID-19, cardiovascular diseases and stroke, and some cancers.  

Will you need some assistance getting some of the needed groceries to participate? (Assistance is on an availability of funds basis, and supports those who may not have the means to purchase certain items)
