Absolutely, I could definitely see the students benefitting from this type of program

To have yoga as a specials class like art, music, PE, etc.

Have a yoga teacher come into our classroom for 30 minutes once a week

Yoga offered as a school elective (this applies to middle school and up)

The yoga program offered as a training to the teachers and then they implement this in the classroom

The students watch tutorials in class and then complete follow-up activities with the teacher

Have the kids do yoga from a fun kid-friendly YouTube video

I don't feel comfortable teaching yoga at this time

Maybe, not sure. I'd need to see how difficult the program was to implement

As a once a week "treat" for the class if time allowed

I would use yoga and mindfulness during transition times (ex: let's do our breathing before heading to music)

Yes, if this could be applied to my continuing education credits

Yes, I see this as a huge value and I would be willing to pay for this training on my own
