Local community and business opportunities for vacant council building

Weymouth Town Council has a vacant asset in Wyke Regis and would like feedback from local businesses and/or community groups that would be interested in operating from the premises.

The vacant asset is the Community Building, former toilets, adjacent to Wyke Regis Gardens on Portland Road.

By completing this survey, it will help the Town Council understand the level of interest, the forms of proposed operational activities and their potential value, enabling the Council to shape the future direction taken with this asset and any procurement exercise that may follow.

Please note that the Council reserves the right to not proceed with any proposals or a procurement process.

The Council will not meet any costs incurred by any party in responding to the survey.

Further information about the asset can be found by viewing the documents at the bottom of this webpage.

To arrange a site visit of the property, please email procurement@weymouthtowncouncil.gov.uk

Closing date for completion of surveys: 1pm on Thursday 14th May.
