3.How would you describe your usual experience when booking an appointment with our office?(Required.)

Good: My call is answered, even if I have to wait a short time on hold.

Challenging: I have to call multiple times, either on the same day or different days, before reaching someone.

Difficult: I can't call during clinic hours, OR I have trouble getting through due to long hold times.

I booked my appointment online, which was quick and convenient.
