Skills evaluation and future skills needs for the FinTech

The Human Resource Development Council (HRDC), under the aegis of the Ministry of Labour, HRD and Training is conducting a study to assess and ascertain the focus of skills for the FinTech activities in your enterprise.

The main objectives of the study would be to make an assessment of the present skills availability in the sector and to foresee the future skills requirements, given the FinTech transition. The specific objectives of the study would be to:

· take stock of the degree of financial technology adoption in your enterprise;

· Identify the profile of employees required to foster FinTech adoption;

· Identify the immediate and future skills/jobs requirements to foster fintech activities; and

· Recommend and propose immediate and new future training programmes to promote FinTech adoption.
