About this surveyThe OBR is reviewing its web offering to better understand how users access, navigate and engage with our online content. As part of this work, we are seeking feedback on your experience of the OBR website, the content you value most, and how our digital services could evolve in the future.
The findings from this survey will help build a fuller picture of user needs and behaviours. This evidence will help inform decisions on the future presentation, location and accessibility of OBR content, supporting the development of the OBR's long-term web presence.
The survey is divided into two sections:
- section 1 explores your current use of the OBR website, including your needs, expectations and experiences;
- and, section 2 presents examples of how content might appear on GOV.UK and a separate OBR website - the two main options being considered for the OBR's longer-term web presence - and seeks your views on the approaches you would prefer.
There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in your honest views and experiences to help ensure the OBR's future web offering continues to meet the needs of its users.
Please note: This survey and your responses are anonymous. We do not collect any personal identifiers such as your name or contact details.
