National Forum Associate Organization Subscriber Application Survey

The National Forum of State Nursing Workforce Centers has created a new subscription category: Associate Organization Subscriber.

Who is eligible to become an Associate Organization Subscriber? Organizations that are able to contribute to the goals of the Forum. Organizations can focus on nursing workforce issues across the continuum of care. These include:

State, Regional or National Organizations working on nursing workforce research, recruitment or retention
Colleges and Universities
Action Coalitions
Health workforce research organizations
Nursing policy organizations
Other organizations interested in ensuring a healthy nursing workforce

What are the benefits to becoming an Associate Organization Member?

Access to an Online Member portal with extensive resources including discussion form, national expert directory and career center.
Invitation to join committees and collaborative research and project groups
Discount on annual conference registration
Invitation to monthly sharing and policy sharing sessions
Online Journal of Nursing Workforce subscription discount
Inclusion in organizational directory on National Forum website
Access to technical assistance and discounted research report rates.
Career Center posting discount

The Annual cost is $400 per calendar year which includes 2 members from your organization. Additional members can be added at a discounted rate of $99/each at sign-up and renewal. For those organization subscribers that join at different parts of the year- the annual fee is prorated.

Upon acceptance, an invoice will be sent for payment of the annual fee.
