Workforce and Training Needs Assessment

The Workforce and Economic Development Partners in the Central Pennsylvania region are undertaking an initiative funded by a JOBS1st PA grant to support business growth by providing training opportunities for existing employees and assisting businesses in finding appropriate employees for open positions.

The goal of this survey is to understand workforce and training needs you are facing and what kinds of training, employment, and other solutions we should provide. Your information will be added to more than 300 other businesses in order for us to make targeted, and beneficial, investments for the region. By completing this survey, you may be eligible for a financial subsidy on training developed or provided through this program through June 30, 2015 along with potential for future training subsidies.
