Brazil QOPI/QOPI Certification Program Workshop Application 

ASCO is seeking to team with an oncology practice group in Brazil to host a new workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to provide an introductory overview of ASCO's Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) and QOPI® Certification Program. The intended audience is for practices that have not yet participated in QOPI.

In order to be considered for selection please complete the following by May 24, 2019 11:59 PM Eastern Time:

2.  Email one (1) statement letter of support from your leadership to globalquality@asco.org. Include your practice/institution name in the email subject line.

If your practice/institution is selected to participate in the program please note that Conquer Cancer, The ASCO Foundation, will cover the majority of the expenses for the course, including air travel expenses for the faculty and ASCO staff. In turn, the hosting site would pay only for the faculty and staff’s expenses on the ground.
