Please complete our Quality of Life Survey and help us show the reality of what it means to care for a family member or friend in 2017.

In the survey we'll be asking what life is like for you, and what needs to change. The survey, comprising of both closed and open questions, asks question about  your quality of life; that is your access to healthcare and education, the quality of the environment you live in and your ability to connect with family, friends and community. In addition, this year we have included questions on the quality and amount of me-time you enjoy.

This is an extensive survey and will probably take you 20 minutes to complete - so grab a cuppa and get comfy. You are able to skip some questions in the survey. However, the more information you give us, the better we can build a comprehensive picture of how caring affects different people. We are really keen the hear about your experiences - the good and the bad. Your experiences help us illustrate the reality for many carers in Queensland, and help personalise the statistical data.

By participating you will be assisting Carers Queensland advocate for positive policy reform across State and Commonwealth government and industry.

Although the survey is written in the present tense it is open to all carers; that is current and former carers.

Please be assured that your information is confidential and only de-identified information is used in reports, submissions or press releases. Please feel free to share this survey with anyone you know who is a carer.
We are so grateful to each and every person who takes the time to complete the survey and give us a full picture of their caring experience. The results of the survey will be posted on our website in October.
