As part of the process to review and revise the existing Comprehensive Plan, the North Newton Township Planning Commission is conducting an anonymous survey of township property owners and stakeholders. The survey will be available through Sunday, December 18th. A Comprehensive Plan is a long-range policy document that establishes goals and objectives for the orderly development of the township. Comprehensive plans consider a wide variety of areas including land use, housing, economic development, public facilities, transportation, and protection of natural resources. The goal of this survey is to compile a reflection of resident and stakeholder points of view. It does not commit the North Newton Township Board of Supervisors to any specific course of action.
