World Book Night 2019 Organisational Givers Survey

Thank you for taking part in World Book Night this year.

Your experiences and feedback are extremely important to us and will help to shape the future of World Book Night. If you were a World Book Night giver who received books to give away within your organisation, please fill out this survey. It should take about 10 minutes, and is designed to be quick and easy to complete: most questions are multiple choice and any questions that involve writing an answer are optional.

Your survey response will have no bearing on future World Book Night involvement and we will not share your personal data with anyone else. Some longer answers may be used in feedback to our partners. If you would not like your answers to be shared, please let us know.

Your response will be confidential and at the end of the survey you can enter a prize draw to win one of three £15 book vouchers. To have a chance to win you need to complete the survey by 14 June 2019 - but you can still answer the survey after this date until 28 June.
