EDUCATIONAL MASTER PLAN SURVEY

We appreciate your time and attention in reading the draft version of the DVC Educational Master Plan.  Your answers to the following 11 questions will assist us in finalizing the plan.

5.The document makes the argument that students, college, and community are interconnected.   Is that clear throughout the document?
6.Does the environmental scan section clearly make the argument as to what the college's role is to support the community and student needs?

8.Beginning on Page 12 there is a list of ideal cultural and structural conditions that the college needs to address in order to create the conditions for equitable student success.  Is this a comprehensive list of the deal conditions for change?
9.The EMP goals are high level longer range goals, whereas in the next Strategic Plan we will develop short term goals, strategies and activities on how to operationalize these high level goals.  As you read the EMP goals, what short term goals, strategies or activities do you see emerge as priorities for the college and/or your program/unit for the next Strategic Plan?
10.Does the direction of where the college is planning to go and how it plans to get there inspire you about the future of the college?
