In the summer of 2026, UMDF launched a new strategic plan – our roadmap for the next three years to fund transformational research, accelerate diagnosis, expand access to quality care and emerging therapies, deepen collaboration across the mitochondrial disease community, and build broader awareness and understanding of this disease.
