Dear Parent.
As someone whose child has had bronchiolitis and has participated in a trial, we would like your views about a trial that we are developing. We plan to recruit infants after a severe episode of bronchiolitis. We aim to reduce the number of infants who wheeze 2 years after an episode of bronchiolitis.
Parents will give tasteless granules (less than a teaspoon) of a safe immune boosting medicine or identical inactive granules. The granules can be mixed with food or drink.
