Stepping Stones University, LLC Pre-Enrollment Registration/Waiting List Application
Thank you for your interest in Stepping Stones University. Choosing a quality preschool/child care program is one of the most important decisions you will make. We take your decision seriously and are committed to living up to the important responsibility of caring for your child.
To register, please complete this form. A registration fee of $50.00 (per family up to 3 children – add $10.00 for each additional child) made payable to Stepping Stones University, LLC. is required. When you decide to enroll in our program, the registration fee will be deducted from your first tuition payment.
You will receive a phone call from us to schedule a date and time to pay your registration fee once we receive your completed form. The registration fee is non-refundable.
When your registration form and fee are received, you will be placed on our waiting list. You will be contacted regarding the availability of space and the enrollment process. Prior to enrollment, Center Administration will schedule a time for you to meet with your child’s primary caregivers to learn more about S.S.U.’s program and develop a visitation schedule for you and your child. The Center Administration will review the parent/guardian policies/procedures and enrollment forms at that time. This will be an official orientation.
