Since August 2018, Section 1309-B of the Public School Code has required all chief school administrators of school entities to appoint an individual to serve as a school safety and security coordinator.  Act 55 of 2022 confirms that school entities shall ensure that they have appointed a school administrator to serve as the coordinator and provide the coordinator’s contact information to PCCD within 30 days of appointment.  This form should be used to provide that notification.
