Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors for the Western Pennsylvania Bleeding Disorders Foundation (WPBDF). Please complete the application below. Every applicant will receive notification regarding whether they have been selected to proceed or not in the selection process. Candidates selected will be invited for an interview to discuss their potential role in our organization. As a member of the Board of Directors of WPBDF, you must be fully committed and dedicated to the mission of WPBDF: WPBDF strives to enrich the lives of those with bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania and respond to the needs of the community in a dynamic environment.

Board Members help WPBDF carry out this mission, consistent with the functions of the office of board member as stated in WPBDF’s bylaws.

We ask for your age to meet our board's minimum age requirements. A Director shall be at least 21 years of age. Yet, if you're younger, you can still make an impact as a non-voting junior board member. This opportunity allows you to contribute and grow with us, ensuring everyone has a chance to support our mission.

This journey often extends beyond attending board meetings, involving participation in committees, and potentially stepping into leadership roles within our board organization.
