Downtown Dunedin Douglas Parking Center Survey

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your feedback. Your input is incredibly valuable as we continue to listen to the Dunedin community and enhance the plans for the Douglas Parking Center, the first phase in the Main Street Exchange development in Downtown Dunedin.
Thoughtfully designed by Mazas Development, an independent, Pinellas County based family business with decades of experience, we’re committed to preserving local charm while creating long-term value for the Dunedin community — and reliable, convenient parking is a critical foundation for a thriving, walkable downtown — to support local businesses, residents, and visitors alike.

As the first phase of Main Street Exchange, Douglas Parking Center will establish the infrastructure that allows future retail, hospitality, and cultural uses to thrive. It will be a modern, mixed-use structure designed to enhance accessibility, recreation and the overall downtown experience. The project features 318 structured parking spaces, providing essential convenience for residents, visitors, and guests of this growing city center.

Beyond parking, the development introduces 20,000 square feet of active ground-floor retail and recreation. Additional storefront opportunities will further animate the street level, supporting local businesses and pedestrian activity. Thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding landscape, Douglas Parking Center is more than a place to park — it’s a lively extension of downtown life that connects seamlessly to Main Street Exchange and contributes to the welcoming, walkable atmosphere of Dunedin.
