As part of CBB’s commitment to building a stronger not for profit sector, we are proud to offer you the opportunity to apply for one of our Community Business Grants

The Royal Commission into Aged Care is recommending far reaching changes that will require transformational change from aged care providers. We know from supporting organisations through NDIS transition that this will put significant presue on aged care leaders.

We are offering grants in the form of a 10 week online ResilientMind program to provide individuals with knowledge, insights and practices to help you work effectively in uncertainty and complexity.  These skills can be implemented personally and then shared with the rest of your organisation to benefit your whole team.

The ResilientMind program has been developed by the Awaris in Europe and has a strong evidence base.  It provides insights into how we work and the neuroscience of attention, stress and decision making.  It explores resilient ways of thinking and working and is designed to support long term productive work practices.

In total there will be 20 grants which are available to CBB salary packaging clients who are aged care providers.  You can nominate one person from your leadership or management team to take part.  Multiple applications for the same organisation are not permitted and program places cannot be transferred to another employee.

Applications close at 1pm (ACST) on Friday 9 April 2021. The webinars will take place between May and July 2021.

This program is designed to build productive work practices, wellbeing and resilience.  If you have immediate mental health needs or are experiencing a personal crisis please contact Lifeline on 131 144 or Beyond Blue on 1300 224 636.  You can call either number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
