We want to hear from you! We invite you to share your thoughts on the development of a key solution to disaster response.

We are running the MakerNet project, www.makernet.global, which aims to create open source digital platforms to support distributed manufacturing of key supplies for humanitarian relief and for development. We want these platforms to reflect your needs and invite you to share your thoughts! 
Potential humanitarian/development practitioner functional use cases:
product search, browse product designs & production instructions, upload new products, post requirements, post RFP, local manufacturer/producer search & quotation, find standardised contract to use with in-region manufacturer

* 1. Does your organization currently procure some product solutions from local producers? If so, please describe the pro’s and con’s of this. If not, please explain why not.

* 2. What are the main challenges you’ve experienced with sourcing locally produced solutions? How would you like to see these challenges addressed?
