100% of survey complete.
Following successful members meetings, the ASU in conjunction with your delegates at Thorne Harbour Health have developed a comprehensive log of claims to put to management and begin negotiations on the Thorne Harbour Health EBA.

So that we can get a better idea of your priorities, please answer the following questions.

As the log is comprehensive, we would like to get an idea of where members’ priorities are in terms of bargaining and also on what percentage pay rise members would like for us to include on the log and take to management.

Please complete the below survey in order to assist us with working out where the bargaining priorities of member lie before we head into negotiations.

We look forward to receiving your feedback, and will provide a final report back meeting session with members before we hand in our log of claims and commence bargaining.

Which proposed leave claims matter the most to you, please rank from the shortlist below (1 being most important, 5 as less important)
