IO Conference Description: The IO Conference is a grassroots conference that is planned by peers in the areas of Finance, IT, Provider Network and Quality. The sessions are focused on how operations can improve the outcomes of people served.

Purpose of this form: CMHA and the IO Committee will use the information requested in this form to assure appropriateness of content and to develop program descriptions.

  • Submit this electronic form by 5pm on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
  • We allow for a maximum of 3 presenters during a workshop.
  • Workshops are either 60 or 75 minutes.
  • Presenter Compensation: The conference budget will not provide honorariums for workshop presenters. Presenters will receive a complimentary conference registration for the day of their presentation. Due to the high cost of travel, CMHA is not able to reimburse workshop presenters for mileage. If presenters are not able to participate due to lack of reimbursement, special arrangements may be made with CMHA when you are notified of your accepted proposal.
