Local Public Health Department Accreditation Needs 2017 |
Accreditation Needs
The Oregon Public Health Association (OPHA) is considering applying for a grant that helps advance national public health accreditation readiness. We need to know where to focus our efforts and your preferred educational format so we can provide the best support.
The funding is offered by the American Public Health Association (APHA), with support from the Office of State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). OPHA has received five of these grants in partnership with the Coalition of Local Health Officials (CLHO) and used them to provide free webinars, workshops, and technical assistance sessions to local public health departments in Oregon.
Please complete the survey by Wednesday, July 26. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Thank you for taking this survey.
