My gluten free cookbook is well underway. It has been evolving in ways that I didn't imagine. Through this cookbook, you'll be loving your food and connecting with it in a different way. I'll also be including modifications for some recipes to make them dairy free, egg free or nut free and I never use soy, you won't have to worry about that.
