As many manufacturers and corrugated industry representatives face labor shortages, establishing and leveraging a strong company culture plays a key role in attracting and retaining employees. ICPF is looking to collect feedback from our Corporate Partners to better understand how company culture is used across the industry to find and keep top talent. We are asking a representative from your organization's hiring or talent acquisition team to complete the following survey on your company culture and its impact on employee recruitment and retention. ICPF will de-identify the results and make them available for all participants so participants can benchmark their efforts with other industry companies.
