Dear ACMG Members, Non-members, and Educational Event Participants:
Thank you in advance for your time and input regarding the ACMG education program. We invite all professionals to participate in this survey.
ACMG is nationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). This Overall CME Program survey encompasses all of the educational activities and the services provided by ACMG. The types of activities that are certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ include One-time Live Conferences, Internet Live CME, and Internet Enduring CME activities. As you complete this survey and assist in the evaluation of ACMG’s Overall CME Program, please keep in mind the various types of educational activities in which you have participated in the past 36 months.
Please note that you may save your responses and return to the survey and pick back up where you stopped. We ask that you complete the survey by Monday, June 27.
