Olentangy Local School District Community Survey

OLSD Attendance Boundaries: Community Feedback Survey

Olentangy Schools will open its 18th elementary school, Deer Haven Elementary, in the 2027–28 school year and its 5th high school, Hyatts High School, in the 2028–29 school year. This redistricting process will establish attendance boundaries for both new schools and adjust boundaries for the most overutilized schools that are least likely to be affected by future school construction. Elementary boundaries will be implemented in the 2027-28 school year, and high school boundaries will be implemented in the 2028-29 school year. The school year of implementation for any middle school boundary changes will either be 2027-28 or 2028-29, but this is dependent upon the final map and the ability for the middle schools to sustain their current enrollments.

Attendance boundary scenarios will be presented to the community in four community forums. The four community forums will be held:

Monday, October 26 at Liberty High School, 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 28 at Berlin High School, 6:30 p.m.

Monday, November 2 at Olentangy High School, 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, November 4 at Orange High School, 6:30 p.m.

The community can submit feedback to the Attendance Boundary Committee via this survey through Thursday, November 5th. Please review the materials before completing a survey.

Redistricting feedback will be reviewed by the committee before a recommendation is made to the Superintendent. The Superintendent’s decision will be announced on December 10, 2026.
