Introduction

Every employer in New York State is required to provide employees and volunteers with sexual harassment prevention training.

The Department of Labor and Division of Human Rights has created 2 videos*:
--Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Part 1 (18 min.)
--Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Part 2: Case Studies (22 min.) 

*Simply watching the videos does not meet the full training requirement in this area.  To make the experience interactive, you are asked to use the space below to send questions and other feedback to the VP, Diversity, Inclusion, and HR, and sign off via this survey that you have watched the videos.

Action Items
The VP-Diversity, Inclusion, and Human Resources [DIHR] of Empire Justice will review the questions and provide a response to the individual or will group the questions and respond to the group. If you do not have any questions, please note that in the space provided.
