Purpose of Survey

Business Isle of Man, an executive agency of the Department for Enterprise, is looking to gain an understanding of the support that can be developed for both students and businesses on the Island in these uncertain times.

With border restrictions forcing a significant number of students to return home from ‘off’ island higher education institutions and the cancellation of many UK based internship/graduate schemes the Department is currently looking at the opportunities for developing a six-week Internship programme for Manx undergraduate and graduate students this summer.

This survey is looking to understand if the Island's businesses would be supportive of such a proposal and to explore how such a programme could provide value to businesses on the Island in the post-COVID-19 environment. All answers in this survey will be handled in the strictest confidence and collated anonymously for review within Business Isle of Man.
