ASTCT is pleased to accept applications for the SIG Travel Grant Program to assist in offsetting travel costs to attend the 2026 Tandem Meetings of ASTCT® and CIBMTR™, February 4-7 in Salt Lake City. This program will offer travel grants of $1,500 and waived meeting registration for individuals who are members of select ASTCT SIGs.
Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Monday, November 3, 2025 with notifications to follow approximately 21 days after the close of applications. Applications will be reviewed by the SIG Steering Committees.

Eligibility for the grants comprises:
- Membership in ASTCT
- Membership in any of these SIGs: APP, Biobehavioral Research, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Social Work (for more information on how to join a SIG, click here: SIG membership)
- Personal statement
- Current CV
- Letter of recommendation from a colleague or supervisor advocating for your attendance at the Tandem Meetings.
- Possession of the following SIG-specific criteria:
- Advanced Practice Professional
- PA-C, CNS, APN, or APRN
Any licensure under the APP umbrella is eligible for consideration.
- PA-C, CNS, APN, or APRN
- Biobehavioral Research
- SIG membership is the sole criteria
- Nursing
- Currently employed as a registered nurse working in blood or marrow transplantation (BMT) with a minimum of 75% devoted to direct patient care.
- For both grants, preference will be given to non-advanced practice (bedside) nurses.
- For one of the two grants, preference will be given to a nurse with less than 5 years of experience in BMT.
