In the past year TTV organized the Tamarack Triangle Block Party; Health Fair; the Tamarack Walking Club and Family Game Night. We hope that you were able to attend some of these activities.

Why we're asking you to complete this survey:
Tamarack Triangle Village, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization, is growing from a primarily social organization into one that can help meet the needs of our community. To do that well, we need to hear from you. Your answers will help us decide which services, programs, and events to focus on next.
What to expect:
Your responses to each question should reflect how ”you” feel or think based on your personal experience.
• The survey takes about 15 minutes.
• Please complete it in one sitting. Your responses aren't saved if you leave the page, and you'll need to start over.
• Your name is not required. Responses are anonymous.
Weekly prize drawing:
Each week, we'll raffle a prize among everyone who completed the survey that week. If you'd like to be entered, you can provide your email address at the end of the survey. Your email will be used only for the drawing.
